Do you also coordinate external tradespeople?
Yes. On request we coordinate specialist tradespeople for heating, plumbing, electrical or painting work and keep an eye on scheduling and execution – one contact person for everything to do with the property.
Can we add or drop individual services?
Yes. After the first three months we adjust the package; seasonal services such as winter service can be added at any time.
What happens with short-notice call-outs such as storm damage?
With the all-round package, 24 h standby is included; with the Basic and Standard packages, short-notice call-outs are possible within 24 h on an hourly basis.
How do you handle the winter service?
Walkways must be cleared from 07:00 on working days. We clear automatically from 5 cm of fresh snow, preventively in icy conditions, with every assignment documented.
